Andrew was raised on the banks of the Yellowstone River in Livingston, Montana. He graduated with high honors from the University of Illinois in 1983 with a Bachelors of Science degree in Economics and obtained his Juris Doctorate with honors from the University of Montana in 1989. Andrew was awarded the Order of Barristers Award for Outstanding Advocacy and the American Jurisprudence Award and was a member of the University of Montana National Moot Court and Trial Team.
Andrew has maintained a broad-based civil practice throughout Montana for over 20 years, with substantial trial and appellate experience in personal injury, medical malpractice, workers’ compensation, insurance and employment law. He is admitted to practice before the Ninth and Fifth Circuit Court of Appeals and the Montana Supreme Court and is a member of the Association of Trial Lawyers of America, the Montana Trial Lawyers Association and the Montana State Bar. Andrew is married to Polly Huppert and has a 9 year old son named Matthew and numerous cats and dogs. He is an avid mountain biker, skier, golfer, musician and community supporter in Missoula, Montana.
